Reservations Are Open-Stalling Chart will be posted on our Facebook Page towards the beginning of the week of the show.
Use the "AEC Online Stalling Form" button below to fill out the stalling form online, you can choose to either mail a check or pay with a credit card online. You can also still print the pdf below & mail it with your check using the "AEC Printable Stalling Form" button.
A $20/CANCELED STALL "CANCELATION FEE" WILL BE RETAINED FOR ALL CANCELED STALLS

You MUST receive a confirmation of your cancellation to be eligible for a refund!!

All returned checks will be assessed a $30 returned check fee! (per check)
Text/phone/email reservations are NOT considered complete & will NOT be granted until form is received & payment is made. A credit card number will need to be provided to confirm reservation & will only be used if a check is not provided at the show office or in the case of cancelations.
Due to demand, there is a $5/stall/show "Stall Request" fee if you want to request specific stalls or an area. Those requests are granted in the order that the stalling payment is postmarked. First paid, first served. Requests not able to be granted will receive a refund.

A signed liability form is required for all exhibitors. One form covers all 2025 GSC & AEC shows.
